Privacy policy

• Reminders and test logs are used only to email you about that building's tests.
• We never share reminder, test log or contact details with installers, and never sell them.
• We contact you by email only. No text messages, no cold calls.
• Stop any time with the one-click link in any reminder, on the opt-out page, or through the contact form.

BDACheck is operated by WhenLeads, a division of DV8 WEB LLC, 1335 Old Dixie Hwy Ste 27, Lake Park, FL 33403. Contact us through the contact form.

• Reminders: your email, optional name and role, building name and location, your last acceptance and annual test dates, and how far ahead you want to be reminded.
• Test log entries: the test type, date, vendor name, result and notes you add.
• Messages: your name, email, topic and message.
• Technical data: a one-way salted hash of your IP address (not the address itself), your browser type and the time, to stop spam and record your consent.
• Consent record: the exact consent text you agreed to, its version and when.
• Analytics: if enabled, Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics count visits in aggregate. Form contents are never sent to analytics.

Nobody outside our service providers. Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this site and stores form submissions in a Cloudflare D1 database for us. When we send email, an email delivery service processes your address only to deliver it.

If you want quotes, you choose to go to our sister site ERRCSCheck and fill in its form, which explains that your request goes to up to 3 vetted installers who serve your area. Nothing from BDACheck is sent along unless you type it in there.

• Active reminders and test logs: until you stop them.
• After you stop: deleted within 30 days. We keep only a one-way hash of your email so we never email you again by mistake.
• Unconfirmed reminders: deleted after 30 days.
• Messages: up to 3 years.
• Consent records: 5 years.

Ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold through the contact form by choosing "My data or reminders". We answer within 30 days.
